Security

In the interest of security, we do not store credit card details on this website. All of our transactions are carried out through PayPal, who have the expertise and resources to keep your data secure. We will never share customer details with any 3rd parties. Your data is your own and we’d like to help you keep it that way.

Deliveries

For all WW goods we use Royal mail, economy for small items, signed for 2nd class for WW service kits.

Refunds

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, especially those that bear the Woodfield GCP brand. This is why we offer a full refund on items that are not up to standard, as long as they have not been used, damaged and have the original packaging still intact. This refund is valid for 10 days after purchase. If you’ve changed your mind before we ship, we offer the right to cancel and receive a full refund. To do so, simply get in touch.

Violent Crime Reduction Act

Due to the Violent Crime Reduction Act, we are unable to send air weapons and various items (i.e Barrels/Silencers) direct to your door. Instead, we send these items to your local Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD). You will have to check with them if they accept goods from other RFD’s. If they do, we will need their contact details to arrange delivery. When you collect your items from the RFD, they will charge a fee for accepting your items and placing you in their register. Click here for more information.
